Today, the General Aviation Manufacturers Association (GAMA) welcomed Aviation Partners, Inc.; Enstrom Helicopter Corporation; HCL America Inc.; and SmartSky Networks as Members, and Siemens Smart Infrastructure as an Associate Member EPIC.
Aviation Partners, Inc. is headquartered in Seattle, Washington, and was founded in 1991. They design and produce advanced-technology winglet systems to reduce wingtip vortex, resulting in less drag, lower fuel burn and superior climb and cruise performance. Aviation Partners' designed winglets, now flying on more than 10,000 business and commercial aircraft are estimated to have saved over 14 billion gallons of jet fuel and reduced global CO2 emissions by more than 137 million tons.
Enstrom Helicopter Corporation designs and manufactures light civil and military helicopters in Menominee, Michigan. Enstrom has maintained a reputation for safety, value and performance for over 60 years, and has aircraft operating in over 50 countries around the world. Enstrom is wholly owned by Surack Enterprises of Fort Wayne, Indiana.
