Last month, the world’s leading engineering services provider FEV unveiled its new brand FEV aerospace. This week, the company moved into its own office. FEV’s aerospace experts are now located in the “ZAL II” building extension of the Center of Applied Aeronautical Research in Hamburg-Finkenwerder.
It has now been officially opened by the First Mayor of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg, Dr. Peter Tschentscher.
“The ZAL in Hamburg-Finkenwerder is the leading technological research and development platform for civil aviation in Germany,” says Dr. Christian Eschmann, Director Aerospace at FEV. “This is the perfect environment for us, especially as we are in close proximity to our customers. We are therefore very excited to be developing state-of-the-art solutions for the aerospace industry from our new office.”
FEV has been developing sustainable innovations and technologies in the fields of mobility, energy and software for over 40 years. Under the FEV aerospace brand, the company is bundling its engineering and consulting expertise to make an even more targeted contribution to the sustainability of the aerospace sector in the future. Environmentally friendly propulsion systems are just as much a part of FEV aerospace’s portfolio as intelligent software solutions.
