Latecoere, an international group and tier 1 partner to the world's largest aircraft manufacturers, has been selected by STELIA Aerospace to manufacture the Over Wing Emergency Exit Door for Bombardier's Global 7000 jet.
STELIA Aerospace, a world leader in in the field of aerostructures, pilot seats and Business class and First-class passenger seats, has been chosen by Bombardier to design and manufacture the central fuselage of its largest business jet, the Global 7000, and has chosen Latecoere's recognized expertise for the manufacture of the jet's Over Wing Emergency Exit Door.
The new "built-to-print" contract will commission several Group sites including the 4.0 factory in Montredon on the outskirts of Toulouse for the development and manufacture of parts, and the plant in Mexico which is closest to the final assembly line. The first delivery is scheduled for September 2018.
