Aveo Engineering Group has purchased a one acre commercial site in Palm Coast, Florida near its existing facility. Having outgrown existing space, Aveo will be adding 12,000 square feet of new construction, primarily dedicated to increasing company capabilities in engineering, product customization, and distribution.

Located at the Kings Pointe Commercial Development off I-95 and State Road 100 in Palm Coast, this remarkable facility is being designed in partnership with Bespoke Designs Architects and will be the first Carbon-Negative building in Flagler County. Carbon-Negative means it removes more carbon and greenhouse gasses from the atmosphere than what it emits. Aveo is integrating numerous cutting edge GREEN technologies, including passive and active solar and wind to accomplish this. This facility also features our Aveo Veolite™ technologies, which provide totally pure and sanitized workspace air. Captured rain water will supply all needs.

Located at the Kings Pointe Commercial Development off I-95 and State Road 100 in Palm Coast, construction will commence and continue through 2023. Employing the latest technologies in low impact design and construction, this facility will incorporate solar and wind to provide power, and use skylights for much of the interior illumination.

Having earned PMA and STC approvals, Aveo has steadily increased its global market presence in the last decade, the company has a huge lead in many aviation segments, including commercial, military, general aviation and helicopters. Of particular interest is Aveo's involvement in the aerospace market, including space taxi, ISS, and the upcoming lunar lander. Aveo's highly efficient LED lighting technology has resulted in a commanding presence in UAV, eVTOL and drone programs globally.

To accommodate continuing growth, Aveo is adding mechanical, electronic, robotics and software engineers and additional certification specialists at the new Florida site. Supporting the company sales effort, Mr. Tom Lail is now the new VP of Sales, North America.
