RTX (formerly Raytheon Technologies) has recognised Norco Composites & GRP with a Premier Award for their performance in 2022 and overall excellence in Collaboration & Customer Service.
The Premier Award is an annual recognition platform under the RTX Performance+ Program, which recognise suppliers with superior performance and those who have provided exceptional value to RTX in one of the four key categories: Cost Competitiveness, Technology & Innovation, Business Management, and Collaboration & Customer Service.
Norco have been collaborating with leading flight simulator manufacturer Collins Aerospace (Now an RTX subsidiary) for over a decade on a variety of different flight simulator platforms. With a strong focus on collaborative design for manufacture in composites, Norco have assisted in the development of reliable cost-effective solutions.
In 2022, Norco proved its operational efficiency and commitment to customer service by delivering 14 flight simulators on time, achieving a 100% on-time delivery record. This accomplishment was a significant factor in Norco's receipt of the Premier Award.
