(MS Unit), Airlift Technologies International, and Strong Enterprises, both previously d/b/a ASR-Pioneer, two prominent companies in the field of aeronautical component engineering and manufacturing, and parachute technology.

This strategic acquisition positions Paradigm Parachute and Defense Inc. at the forefront of innovation in the defense and aerospace parachute industry. Airlift Technologies International, known as the only full OEM globally for the Type V Airdrop Platform System; and Strong Enterprises, a cornerstone of the parachute and safety equipment industry, will bring a wealth of expertise and technology to the fast-growing Paradigm family. Paradigm Parachute intends to immediately use these newly acquired assets to enhance existing production capabilities and it’s all-encompassing support for Parachute Applications across the military & defense, commercial, and space industries.
