AutoFlight's CarryAll has completed a chartered flight at Pudong International Airport in Shanghai, marking the first test flight of a ton-class eVTOL aircraft at a 4F-class airport.
In the future, thanks to eVTOL technology, traveling from Pudong Airport to the Bund and other downtown areas of Shanghai will only take 10 minutes, a significant reduction from the current 60-90 minute journey using conventional transportation methods.
The CarryAll, with a maximum take-off weight of 2 tons, operates autonomously and on electric power.
