The RosenView LX moving map and passenger information system, briefing controller, and 10.4" bulkhead display has been selected by Cessna Aircraft Company, a Textron Inc. (NYSE:TXT) company as standard equipment for the Citation XLS+.
The RosenView LX features world-wide mapping, satellite imagery, graphic detail maps, and street-level detail for the U.S. and Western Europe. Also featured on the LX is a passenger information system, which provides cabin briefings to passengers for various stages of flight. When combined with the briefing controller, pilots can select various briefings from the cockpit to inform passengers of safety information. To complement the RosenView LX system, Cessna has selected the Rosen 10.4" display for bulkhead mounting.
"To be selected as standard equipment for the Cessna Citation XLS+ is a great achievement for Rosen Aviation," states Jeff Unger, VP of Engineering. "We work extremely hard to provide on-time deliveries, top-quality products, industry-leading warranties, and unrivaled customer satisfaction. With an award such as this, we believe our commitments are being noticed."
