Crane Aerospace & Electronics has been selected by Honda Aircraft Company to provide the Anti-Skid Brake Control System for the HondaJet Light Business Jet.
Mike Tveit, Aerospace Group Leader, Customer Account Management, said, "We are pleased to supply Honda's new light jets with our brake control systems, proven for reliability and performance in commercial aircraft worldwide." First delivery of the HondaJet is scheduled for the third quarter of 2012.
Crane is the leader in brake control systems with about 65% market share in commercial programs. Crane has more than 60 years of experience, and has over 25,000 brake control systems delivered and in service.
