The first day of Aero Friedrichshafen 2022 was opened yesterday. During Evektor ́s Grand Opening Ceremony the company CEO Mr. Martin Kárník introduced a new facelift of EASA certified SportStar RTC aircraft and further direction of innovations & Evektor aircraft development.
The exhibited SportStar RTC is newly equipped with Rotax 912iSc Fuel Injected engine providing significant fuel consumption savings, reduction of CO2 emissions. Altogether with easy aircraft maintenance the SportStar RTC is training aircraft with the best operating economy in its class. Rotax 912iSc extends the range up to 1550 km / 9 hours endurance. The aircraft has installed also new DUC Swirl 3L Propeller with Constant Speed Effect & Inconel Edges for high durability.
The most eye-catching innovation is a new high-tech cockpit with redesigned instrument board, new luxurious seats with integrated headrests and Alcantara upholstery, relocation of engine power control to a middle console, electric flaps control and a new stylish engine cowling. Attractive cockpit design was made by the internationally awarded designer Petr Novak from Novague Design. The attention was paid to every single detail, including stylish design of the new pedals and throttle handle. Feeling of the trendy interior design is underlined with the latest Garmin G3X Touch Glass Cockpit & navigations systems. The introduced innovations are available also for all Evektor light sport aircraft models.
During the yesterday ́s Grand Opening Ceremony CEO Martin Kárník said: “Evektor aircraft are popular for flight school training & leisure flying in 50 countries worldwide. Beside best quality, proven reliability, and latest glass cockpit solutions we bring now to our customers also state-of-the art cockpit environment. For new high-tech cockpit design Evektor has invited world-renowned designer Mr. Petr Novague from Novague Design”. Furthermore Mr. Kárník proudly announced receiving of two certificates for Evektor this April. Type certification issued by the Indian DGCA for SportStar RTC and LRQA AS9100D Certification, representing the highest quality management system award for aviation and space.
At Aero Friedrichshafen 2022 Evektor is presenting three aircraft models:
- EASA certified SportStar RTC
- FAA approved Harmony LSA
- DAeC type certified advanced UL aircraft Eurostar SLW Sport 600
