This strategic move is a key milestone for Aresia commitment to enhance and expand its partnership and support to the United States aeronautical industry.
Aresia, the consolidation of legacy companies such as AEDS, Alkan, Lace, Rafaut or Secapem, has been a strong and reliable operator in the aerospace industry for more than 100 years.
From now on, Aresia innovative solutions, as well as customer services and spare parts, will be operated locally in the US thru Aresia Inc.
Aresia Chairman, Bruno Berthet, commented on the incorporation, saying, "For a French owned company, opening its first subsidiary in the country of the biggest defense and civil aeronautical market, is a challenge, as well as a major and very exciting step in our development. We are confident that operating in the US will strengthen our position on North American market and will provide us the possibility to improve drastically our support to US partners."
