Crescent Aerospace Technology LLC announces today that it has completed the purchase of AMCO Precision Tools LLC (APT) from its generational owners, Rich Zovich and Aldo Zovich, effective December 21, 2023. Based in Kensington, CT, AMCO Precision Tools LLC is a precision metal component manufacturer serving aerospace, defense, and space industries. APT specializes in machining exotic alloys and complex castings and forgings with its extensive 5-axis machining capability. APT is skilled in prototyping, R&D new product introductions and high volume production programs. Founded as a customer tooling and griding shop, APT today designs and builds all work holding fixtures in house enabling meeting the exacting tolerances for the Aerospace, Defense and Space industries. APT is an ISO, AS9100 Rev D company.
