Crescent Aerospace Technology LLC, through its subsidiary Advanced Metals Machining LLC (Olyphant, PA), announces today that it has completed the purchase of the net assets of PCR Technologies, Inc. (PCR) from its owner Mark Vanzini effective October 1, 2024. Based in Pine Brook, NJ, PCR Technologies, Inc. is a customer manufacturer of printed circuit board heatsinks, adhesive preforms, RF/Microwave component housings, metal core filling and plastics machining serving aerospace and defense industries. PCR specializes in the fabrication of circuit card assemblies; printed circuit boards laminated to heatsinks (heatsink to PC Board bonding) utilizing a variety of material combinations. PCR also supplies customized adhesive preforms cut to the proper form factor for heatsink to PC Board bonding, and heatsink fabrication complete with plating, silk screen marking and hardware assembly. PCR is an ISO, AS9100 Rev D company.
